The Novus³ team “together with our sibling company Munsoft” hosted an interactive Masterclass on “Perfecting your IDP process towards a strategy-led budget” on Friday, 25th of November with municipalities. It was an enlightening experience to learn from each other and share solutions that work. Feedback from those that were in attendance was overwhelmingly positive and we, therefore, committed to repeating the workshop early in 2023. We are looking forward to some more robust and lively discussions on propelling municipalities forward!
